- This mansion is in the heart of the Croatian Adriatic, 8km south from the old part of Split, in Podstrana Grljevac. The house was built into a small mountain hill and is ca.150-200m away from the beach. It is in calm situation, off the main street. Due to its situation, closeness to the sea and the mountains, an easy breeze blows here in the evenings. From the house one looks on the mountains, Grljevac, the sea as well as on the island of Brac. The mansion-hotel is comfortable, in the southern style with the highly visible preference for the Dalmatian stone arhitecture. It provides very beautiful rooms, an attractive restaurant with fountains, a large sun terrace as well as a parking lot directly in front of the house. The mansion offers beautiful, in the rustically tasteful style, furnished double rooms with showers/WC, mini bar, balcony or terrace, ceiling fan, air conditioning system.
